our snacks
Bubble Waffle
Originally created in Hong Kong, this waffle is made from delicate housemade batter, cooked fresh to order in a specialized honeycomb machine. Bubble Waffles are served as tradition as cones, filled with Chantilly, or ice cream, and delicious topping.
Dorayaki
The name derives from the words ’dora’ meaning gong, reflecting the shape of the cake, and ’yaki’ meaning baked. It consists of two small pancakes glued together with the traditional sweet azuki red bean paste or alternatively the crispy chocolate or matcha cream.
taiyaki
It literally means ‘baked fish’ in Japanese because it imitates the shape of tai (鯛, red sea bream), which it is named after. Made from an exquisite batter similar to waffles, the Taiyaki acts as the special cone for soft-serve ice cream or matcha cream.
Mochi
It is a Japanese rice cake traditionally made by pounding steamed short-grain sticky rice (mochigome), with a wooden mallet during a ceremony called ’mochitsuki’. Mochis come in a variety of colors and flavors like cheesecake, green tea, and yuzu.
